Fitness is Art. Staying Healthy is Our Latest Fashion.
Who says fitness is not an art? Alycia Lykins proves you wrong. In business collaboration with MVN Intl. Group by Maritta Viola, we created her fitness business strategy, so she can focus on continuing to follow her dreams as entrepreneur and fitness coach.
Art includes various creative forms of expression. While you may sketch, sing, dance, or design, Alycia chooses to use fitness as her creative outlet. Alycia Lykins, Personal Trainer and Fitness Model, is interested in sharing her fitness and health with the world especially in the midst of our latest growing fitness culture. Also, I encourage all fashion lovers to continue reading because fitness and fashion go hand in hand as we stay fit and enjoy the latest fashion looks with confidence and self-esteem.
Tune in to follow Alycia’s workout routine today…let’s all do it together:
Early on in life, Alycia grew a strong interest and passion for fitness modeling. She taught herself determination and grew an everlasting passion to stay fit in order to reach an overall end-goal in her profession as fitness model. But from this creative profession grew the interest in training others just as she had learned to train herself. Alycia began to not only train friends but also cook for herself as well as her roommates during college-times. She learned how to adjust the food to certain dietary needs in regards to food allergies and strict limitations. Due to some unfortunate circumstances and an ex-boyfriend who did not believe in her gift as a personal trainer, Alycia drifted away from her dream. The constant negative influence from a person she then valued the most caused her to lose motivation for many years until NOW. Her biggest drive consists of making a change in people’s life, seeing others develop from her training and guidance. And today, YOU can also train with her, as she is living her dream as Personal Trainer in NYC.
With her move to the city of her dreams, New York City, Alycia learned how to cut breaks to her past and start believing again. She found herself and is now embracing her gift as personal trainer full time. Alycia finds her joy in the art of fitness modeling and understands the importance of her daily workout. She also emphasizes, that “working out is important for all body types, realizing that the work you put in will be healthy and makes a huge difference to you, your body, and your mind.”
Alycia’s current training habits are intense but worth it. She trains 6 days a week, 30-45 minutes a day. She chooses circuit training and running as her base routine workouts and elaborates with some dance and boxing sessions. Because of her lifestyle as a busy career woman in New York City, she understands other men and women who are trying to fit their workout into their busy schedules. Best practice would be to work out in the mornings for better overall results. The early morning training energizes a person for the day while burning more calories at the same time. However, as many other New Yorkers, Alycia also has to adjust her training to the city lifestyle and oftentimes does not get to do her own workout until night time. Knowing how understanding she is for busy schedules, she emphasizes that being a busy New Yorker should not be an excuse to not work out, you can fit 30-45minutes into your schedule with a workout that will be short and effective such as Alycia’s circuit training.
Alycia has an inner drive and determination to reach many people, male and female, who will commit to her workout and guidance. As such, she welcomes all ages and all gender-types. Alycia’s mission is to be a part of anyone’s fitness plan, getting them where they want to be in their health, mind, and physical elements.
